Training workshops are one day and cost €250 per participant. The price includes notes and refreshments.

We are also able to offer any of the courses on an in-house basis and, if necessary, tailor any course for more specific requirements. Tailor made courses may incur an extra fee. Since training takes place at your own premises there is no travel, no time away from the office and no extra expenses associated with public courses. In house training will incur a daily rate of €1250 for up to twelve delegates plus trainers travel, accommodation, lunch, course materials and training consumables. (One copy course handout can be sent in advance for copying).

Time Management

Time management training most often begins with setting goals. These goals are recorded and may be broken down into a project, an action plan, or a simple task list. Activities are then rated based on urgency and importance, priorities assigned, and deadlines set. This process results in a plan with a task list or calendar of activities.
